You Know ? I can do 6000yrs Old Rituals of Mankind i.e Bread Making at Home 

Did you know that cooking is one of the few pleasures that has the ability to engage all of the senses? Indulge yourself in the sights and sounds, the textures, the smells, and of course the tastes.

Yeast rising.


Banana Mashing For taste buds of my family.


Mixing Flour with Banana Mash.


Processing by adding yeast water.


Checking Consistency of batter.

The butter addition My fav is Lurpak.



Covered with kitchen towel and let the flour rise.

Mean while prepared my utensils by oiling through brush.

when yeast worked , i punctured the risen dough to release co to bubbles.

Again Covered . Let the remaining yeast work to the last grain.

Batter transferred to mould.

Preheating at 200c.

Bake it for 30 mins.

Prick it for fully cooked check.


Something like this we get , let it cool down. PATIENCE PLEASE !!!!! Advised by Afzal.
